...at her job.
She injured herself at her job and originally applied for medical leave, but then put in a WC claim. She went to our doctors, got some physical therapy and exercises, and is medically cleared by them to go back to work with restrictions. But she has been told that their own medical team in corporate has to approve her restrictions before she can go back. This leaves me to support three people on a 60k salary, plus a small portion of my mother's SSA income. To say this has placed a strain on our finances is putting it mildly. Had to dip into savings for the first time aince we were newlyweds, putting our dreams of owning a condo on our own further and further away. Just kind of bitter right now. Fuck Albertsons. She's babysitting my niece right now for some side cash, but it still won't make up for all the wages lost. --- This rant was brought to you by your local random thinker.
