Better question, why do people waste their money buying crap from these trash companies?Because there is a cost of living crisis driven by 40% YOY rental increases, double digit count of interest rate hikes amounting to a ~2000% increase (0.25 to 5.0), near double-digit inflation, and record profit margins by a lot of grocers and staple retailers. I think a major factor in the reason why they're lowering the wages again is because they can and they're greedy.
