Balrog, because his moves are not that great, he doesn't have projectiles, and he doesn't have any kick moves at all. Zangief, because he's slow, jumps badly, and his moves are not easy to learn. I really liked watching high level Fei Long play in SF4. Sometimes I go back and watch that Zangief vs Fei Long at Evo 2014 in top 8.
I get the same weird satisfaction from watching Xian's Gen stall and chip people down. I was hoping F.A.N.G would be similar to that but SF5 never got there. --- Still waiting on that third threat ... Copied to Clipboard!

Zangief is incredibly boring to fight against. I haven't played as him seriously in 6 yet but I just straight up don't enjoy fighting him.
