ANY of the stores. They never fucking answer no matter which line you call. I'm almost convinced the managers at every store tell all their associates to ignore phone calls. Need to check on a prescription and no one is answering, and this is extremely common with them. Christ.

Same could be said of Geico, Jesus it took ages to get a copy of my renters insurance recently.

FedEx is the fucking worst. Their robo system is borderline passive aggressive and just hangs up on you if you keep asking for a representative because none of the options match what you're calling about.

Its tough to answer the phone when youve got a line of 20 angry people

Speaking of department stores, unless an associate is by the phone and available to pick it up when it rings you're SOL. They probably ignore it too, but individual departments don't have people sitting by the phone.
