From what i read it's like 1%-2% of the safe radiation level to release and dilute. It's basically background rad that they gonna dump on an ocean

And you know how they say chocolate is toxic to dogs? Its actually toxic to us as well, its just the lethal dose is not practically achievable. (Something like 10kg all at once)
