This shit is crazy. How am I supposed to sleep. I have skylights. My whole house is just flashing. It's like those flashing lights they would have at clubs.

I sometimes use a t-shirt as a blindfold.

I use a sleeping mask to get to sleep. Falls off during the night, but pitch black until I get there so whatever.

As for right now, try a washcloth?

Back in the 90s strobes would flash during stage performances to make the performers look like they were moving in odd ways. Is it like that? Just move a body part around and see if it looks weird lol

For like a minute it was. It's slowed down a little so it's not doing that now.
