It's not merely a matter if something can be fixed, the issue lies in the amount of time and resources it takes to fix and the amount of people that are impacted due to whatever it is being broken while they wait for a fix.

Depends on how much effort it'll take to fix, and whether the cost (including time cost) falls solely on you or if an employer, client, friend, etc is affected too.

If it's your own stuff that you'd fix on your own time, agree.
