I know nobody uses DVDs anymore, hence why they're canceling it. But I've found it to be my last remaining connection to the bygone era of physical rentals. For 20+ years, it's reliably been the only piece of mail I've looked forward to getting. The iconic red envelope, the satisfaction of inserting it into a disc drive, the vintage commercials of movies long since released, the interactive home screen, the inclusion of special features, an extensive library of films including those not available for streaming...all gone. A magical and tantalizing pastime lost to technological advancement.

Kudos to the 1 million subscribers to held on strong to the end. Your efforts will be remembered. To the rest of you who canceled...shame on you!
