The Russian-installed governor of Kherson Oblast, Vladimir Saldo, claimed that a Ukrainian missile struck the Chonhar bridge linking Crimea to the Ukrainian mainland, saying that a Storm Shadow missile was likely used. No casualties were reported but traffic was rerouted.[94] Explosions were also reported in Dzhankoi.[95]
