She calls her husband, husband threatens him with gun. Man leaves, calls the cops. Cop walks inside with couple. More cops arrive, pull gun on man. Arrest man.

I can't see the tiktok cause not available in my region.
Was it a pool meant for exercising? If so, that woman should mind her own business.

So...they arrested the original swimmer and not the husband who pulled out a gun?

what a crazy karen and donald.

how does he get arrested for swimming in a public pool and being threatened by someone else with a gun.

yet nothing happens to the actual trouble makers. they should have gone to jail for public disturbance and threatening someone unprovoked, with a deadly weapon.

smh

Wonder what they think they can validly charge this guy with, and what his lawyer is gonna say about it.

... Assuming he can afford the privilege of a competent defence, of course. Those who can't get stuck with a public defender they can see for 10 minutes at a time and only just before a hearing, and likely receive wrong advice from.

But hey, the constitution guarantees it, so it must be sufficient and fair.

If this is real and I were to guess, the lady's husband is a cop or they're friends with the cops.

Not a single news source reporting on this. Even if you use the term news source loosely. Which likely means its fake rather than simply being ignored

Weird how there's nothing on this.

Only like 2 small sites that may as well be news blogs at best. I wonder if a mainstream site will pick it up soon with it going viral on tiktok now?

I found these...

https://cbs12.com/news/local/officer-bethany-guerriero-fired-terminated-following-internal-affairs-investigation-conduct-disturbance-call -involving-firearm-gun-palm-beach-gardens-police-department-florida-august-30-2023

https://www.wpbf.com/article/florida-palm-beach-gardens-police-officer-terminated-investigation/44926069

And apparently this officer had a history (link is from 2020)?

https://www.palmbeachpost.com/story/news/2020/03/13/post-investigation-delray-beach-police-leveled-criminal-charge-against-top-officerrsquos-ex-wife/112246352/

It started as a routine child care dispute between former spouses who just happened to be police officers.

It quickly blew up when Lt. Nicole Guerriero, then head of internal affairs at the Delray Beach Police Department, went to her circle of friends in her own department to press charges against her ex-wife.

Bethany Fedorenchik Guerriero, a police officer in Palm Beach Gardens, was charged with stalking for sending derogatory texts.

In the vacuum left by State Attorney Dave Aronbergs office are an internal police investigation into abuse of power and perjury, a state insurance fraud investigation and a legal fight all paid for by taxpayers to keep the contents of Guerrieros phone secret.

Speaking of taxpayers, King discovered that the detective who investigated her client was not only a friend of Guerrieros but also netted more than $5,000 in overtime on the stalking case, which was dropped by prosecutors after two months.

Fedorenchik also has notified the city of her intent to sue for malicious prosecution.
Its apparent Guerriero used her power and her own department to settle a personal vendetta, King said.

She enlisted the help of her good friend and co-worker to secretly investigate, secure a temporary restraining order and prosecute her wife.

Probably the same officer? How many police named Bethany Guerriero could possibly work in the same county?
