Shredded chicken breast in a salad. I like to put carrots, iceberg lettuce, onions and cherry tomatoes in mine. I either prep the chicken myself or use Costco's rotisserie chicken.

Define "quick". I'd think of it as meaning no more effort / time than cereal. On that basis, probably mixed nuts or something like that.

I tend to go to a fast food place called Quesadas. They make burrito bowls. Sadly because its Canada and our dollar is beyond screwed, its close to 17 bucks to get one. If I'm going for something cheap, I'll make some Spanish inspired rice in the rice cooker, and bbq some chicken breasts, add a little hot sauce and that's my go-to.
