Basically this ref made an alt burner account on Twitter to defend himself from people calling him out making bad calls. NBA was investigated it. Guess the results was get him to retire.

I think a good handful of NFL refs need investigated as well.

They heavily implied that many other refs were also corrupt but since Tim was publicly caught, he was thrown under the bus to take all the blame and David Stern had an enormous amount of power and influence outside of the NBA and swayed to put everything negative about this to go away keeping the NBA's reputation intact. --- Don't like it?
