I fucking hate those bastards.
They ruin plants, and none of the environmentally friendly methods of stopping them works. I've tried most of them. Only the kind of napalm-grade pellets that are no longer sold in this country will do the trick. --- You'll see motivational pictures about working hundred hour weeks/Well, it only applies to those who are operating at a really basic level ...
