Had an appointment for Wednesday. Yesterday(Sunday) I got an automated call to confirm the appointment. It was at 6:30pm , and I was at the supermarket. I could barely hear the computer so, i accidentally cancelled instead of confirming. This morning at 9(earliest I could make a call). I explained to the receptionist what happened, and she told me the slot was already given away. I suggested I should get the slot back, and she said that they cannot inconvenience the person that got my appointment. What about me? I only cancelled because of their crappy computer program. What about my convenience? Sorry about the rant, But I am really pissed off, and my bunion has caused me a ton of pain.

Seems like a Fair, Next. You cancelled the appointment. They dont want to lose money so gave your spot away asap to anyone that wanted it.

I canceled by mistake because their appointment confirmation system sucks. Calling me at 6:30 on Sunday, wtf is that? And the volume was so low, I could barely hear it.
