Out of the default controllers that came with the console, the best was the Gamecube controller. But the Switch Pro layout is basically just an Xbox controller, so that one feels great.

Switch pro controller is legitimately one of the comfiest I've ever used. It just feels nice to hold in my hands.

The pro controller since that's what I use to play Smash.
