On the second half of my usual runs, there is a bench I usually sit on to rest for a couple minutes. Today when I did, a woman was walking by and said "it isn't even hot, ha!" despite it being 88/89 degrees, this is my third day in a row running and I have heart issues. Really pissed me off actually.

Maybe its different with heart issues, youre generally supposed to stay on your feet while resting during a run. Your legs tighten up if you sit down.
