iirc most people from there usually don't have enough water to water their lawns. over here it's been raining for like 2 days straight, flooding

It rarely rains in Phoenix. But on rare occasions, it does.

There was also a little tropical storm that whizzed by that area so everyone got some rain.

When I lived in Phoenix it actually snowed once. Not much rain outside of monsoon season though.

Ive lived in Phoenix most of my life and currently live there. Most homes have gravel/rock cover in the yards instead of lawns. Sometimes theres a smaller lawn/patch in the backyard especially for dog owners

Rainy days are pretty seldom, usually more rain is going to fall during the night in my experience.

Usually rains several times a year, almost always at least half a dozen times or so

but some of those rains might only be a few inches, and in the desert even small amounts of rain can cause a lot of flooding
