I got Grade E on both A Level ICT and A Level Business Studies, I will need to do them again those subject.

An E is a pass, so that's an achievement in itself. Next time will be easier.

An E's still a pass, what are you planning on doing with them? I'd avoid re-doing a subject, unless you really need to.
No one cares about your A-level results, come your Degree/degrees, and when I apply for jobs I rarely post my A-level's, and just give my three Degrees, and their grades: 2.1, 1st, and 2.1 respectfully. There are universities without the A-level requirements, that offer pretty similar courses if you want to start this academic year. In UK the requirements are higher.
