Generally speaking the amount of women that have such a small amount of fat in their body that it actually impacts their health in the US is an extreme minority. While being malnourished is a problem that should be addressed, it has no bearing on women's breast sizes within the context of this topic.

Personally I think I, as a heterosexual male, am just attracted to that which is not me. The feminine and feminine features. As to why bigger breasts, its probably because that feminine feature is more pronounced and farther removed from me (to a point). Similar to how someone who has lived in the plains of the Midwest all their life would find the Rocky Mountains more striking than a smaller range offered by the Appalachian.

It is actually at least if you have reason too(Close family, Dating site, Health professional etc.) Outside of personal sexual preference fat is an indicator of health.

Being obese is not good but there is a baseline amount of fat one needs to be healthy. There is such a thing as too skinny. If someone is dangerously skinny they are either malnourished, deeply ill or deliberately losing too much weight from intense peer pressure, contractual/ professional reasons (Hollywood/fashion industries) or mental illness.

Although breasts aren't exactly the spot to look at for such matters.
