If you waited 45 minutes for fast food even a decade ago, that was grounds for a mother fucking refund

I almost never go to Taco Bell because they take forever. Every single time.

Id recently heard that you can get some free stuff if you use their app for the first time, so within the month, I ordered from them for the first time in like 5 years. Put it through the app for a 5pm pickup. I walked out with my food at like 5:35pm.

Yeah, not going back.

worse experience was waiting 35 mins for food back when i used to order from fast food restaurants more frequently.

but they was packed at the time. normally it doesn't take maybe 5-10 mins for the order to come out.

Its because they are all stoned

Did you order using Uber eats or other delivery service or did you go inside store and ask for that ?

Same food has been sitting at the pickup but it doesn't have my name (not even close to my name) on it.

The hell amount did you order? The one I go to I put in an order and it's done in 10 minutes by the time I even get there.

EDIT: Damn, that's a regular ass meal. You should just go up and talk to them, something is wrong.

Not saying anything is a recipe for this nonsense. Go say something and then call corporate, an hour for taco bell is ridiculous.

Damn wtf. I love Taco Bell and every time I go there my food is ready in like 2-3 minutes. Sounds like that location just sucks (could be understaffed too)

I got potbelly at the drive through last week, and I waited at the window for like five minutes for my food so they gave me a free cookie

In honor of TC I'm going to order Taco Bell later for dinner (got some free Cheesy Gordita Crunches from the app) and time how long it takes.

this could be a simple miscommunication/accident by the staff that could be immediately cleared up with a simple question. or you can wait indefinitely.

Are they growing the beans?

Instead of talking to them just continue standing there doing this:

I walk in but same, I order on the app and drive over (about 10 minutes away) and it's been ready every single time. And I order a LOT, cause TBell is one of the few fast food places that reheat very well (and the wife is working this weekend so I need to eat like a fatty)

Finally gave up and talked to them.

"I know we made it but, what did you order?"

It's probably this food that's been sitting here and just been mislabeled but it's sealed, and if it isn't my order and someone else's then they're entitled to ask for an entire remake and good fucking luck.

If you bitch about it on their customer complaint phone number (corporate) they might give you a coupon or something for next visit lol

I once waited almost an hour for an order. They had some kind of problem in the kitchen. They ended coming to the table I was hanging out at, with double of everything I ordered, and like 40 dollars cash or something

10 minutes later, still no food.

I've had minimal to no serous issues with this store in the past, before this week.

The most notable issue I've had was the App glitching out in the past and not keeping my edits but that's been fixed

Gonna get my order going on my app. Think I'll do another of those dipping tacos, they are pretty great. My wife's gonna be like "Taco Bell AGAIN?!" and I will say yeah.

Alright my order is:

-Deluxe Build Your Own Cravings Box
*Chicken Grilled Cheese Burrito
*Beefy Melt Burrito
*Beefy 5 Layer Burrito

-Beefy dipping taco
-2 Chicken quesadillas
-2 Chicken chipotle melts
-FREE Reward Cheesy Gordita Crunch

I am eating the at least the two burritos in the box (I always save the grilled cheese for the next day, like I said, they heat up well!). 1 Quesadilla and the Grilled Cheese Burrito I will eat tomorrow, and I got my wife a dilla and she likes the chipotle melts. We'll see if I eat the gordita tonight or not, but it's a game night and I end up...imbibing on stuff that makes you hungry so there's a good chance.

I will update when I order, still have a bit of work to be done.

So what, are we the same? Honestly, the price of them has gone up far too much so getting a free one is nice. I remember back in the day I would get the 2 gordita crunch combo for cheap. Now one alone is like fucking $5.

Imagine all the karens in this topic ready to ream employees visibly drowning in work and demanding where their food is while watching them scramble to put orders through.

I hate it, this is why I gave up on ordering fast food, they're constantly understaffed and it's awkward as all hell being another customer in a line of 5 or 10 complaining about where their food is after 15 minutes as the lobby gets more packed.

I'm not socially awkward but damn do you feel bad for them when you see it all happening.
