I feel as though it's almost like a betrayal of character or sometihng. I don't know, kind of hard to explain. Like your entire career is you goofing off and trying to make people laugh, but then it turns out the second you get off stage you're just a humorless prick. For what it's worth, I had no opinion on Musk and only really heard about him during the doge era. I thought it was a decently humourous passing meme. I didn't mind him. Then all his other bullshit started and my opinion went from nothing to sour.
