He's 69 years old which is pretty old but I think that one movie came out like 5 years ago and probably filmed 6 years ago however Jackie Chan look like he's 90 years old in the movie and now

I think that movie wasn't even trying to make him look young

Since he was supposed to be an outsider underdog dad

Was a weird movie TBH

Why was it weird?

Spoilers below:

The villains are the IRA. Which seem totally out of place in terms of timeline. It would be like a movie set in America where the villains are unjrionic Chicago Gangsters with tommy guns.

The main villain is bullied and played by everyone easily the entire time. "I wanan be a terrorist but I don't want anyone to get hurt ;_;" and comes across like a useless goofball. Jackie Chan accomplishes nothing the whole movie in terms of plot

And at the end when the big fight scene takes place, it was moments before the British SWAT were about to stop the IRA anyway. And they literally just go "oh ok, that happened I guess." after Jackie Chan beats everyone up. They literally pause and wait to let him go in and have a fight for no reason.

It's just kind of an odd film.

It feels like a first draft in terms of script and it only has 2 Jackie Chan action scenes (Because the plot is Jackie is old and pushing himself)

It's a drama with no decent drama, no deep characters, not much action, no comedy...

It's not bad, just kind of there
