I used to do it a lot when I had my nice truck, but once that got totaled and I've been driving my dads old work truck... I haven't in awhile. lol

One day when I get a cool vehicle again I will. Used to love washing my Trans Am. Was black, so it'd look hella dope for about 3 minutes before it started getting dirty again.

I have a subscription service for the local car wash so 3-4 times a week.

Cleaning underneath is way more important than cleaning the windows and paintjob. That shit rusts easily and leads to way more repairs.

Depends on the weather but probably average once a month or so.

I hand wash, vacuum and wipe the inside, and clean my rims and tires though so it takes a good amount of time.

Once a year, maybe. When the weather finally gets nice after winter, to get all of the salt off of it. Theres a gas station by me that does a really nice job, and an attendant will dry the car down with towels. Ill usually make a point to got there around the end of April or start of May.

I prefer driving older reliable cars for several reasons. I used to get all upset over getting a ding in my nicer, newer car. I had to pay for car washes. Now, I only worry about what's under the hood to keep it running. A car to me is nothing more than transportation. I've learned to stop dumping unnecessary dollars into depreciating assets. Again - I keep up with everything under the hood because I rely on it for transportation. But that's it.
