But yeah, almost every person born on 3rd base seems to want everyone to believe they hit a grandslam. It's natural to want to feel like you earned your success i suppose

In terms of outright disdain and pitifulness, Trump wins.

In terms of overall damage done, Bush.

Trump actually did very little policy-wise. You might say him making the supreme court conservative bumps him up a notch. But Bush caused many innocent people to die and caused real world pain that we rarely hold in perspective. He doesn't even show his face on TV anymore because you can tell he hates himself, he's come to fully accept what he did was wrong.
very few past presidents ever cared enough to remain in the public spotlight, that's not really anything. trump being one of the few the exceptions but that's mainly it due to just being how he's always been.

when's the last time you saw barrack obama instead of like just his wife?

of the 6 remaining living presidents, you only ever see Biden, because he's the current, and trump. jimmy is old as fuck though so that probably also contributes there

Up until early this year Jimmy Carter was building houses for Habitat for Humanity. It is estimated he helped build over 4300 houses since 1984. Carter will be 99 years old October 1st.

In terms of public speaking, Trump was better at gathering a cult of followers, but both were equally terrible in terms of forming a coherent spoken sentence. Bush had the vocabulary of a junior high student and Trump would just say unhinged idiotic bullshit.

In terms of actual presidency, it can be easily summarized in that Bush did more damage to the Middle East, and Trump did more damage to the USA and most western countries. Bush's policies directly lead to the death of hundreds of thousands of people in Afghanistan and Iraq, and Trump's policies (or at least his political rhetoric) directly lead to the death of hundreds of thousands of Americans.

Now, no. He's receiving hospice care at home. I doubt he'll live to see 100.

But just a few years ago, he was still working. He showed up at one site with a black eye from where he'd fallen.
