I was going off of the premise of the thread, and regardless of the baggage of the guy who made it, its true. People have been getting really mad about bikini armor and jiggle physics in anime games since the 2010s, but western games like Mass Effect for example which is not only very horny but also has a very distorted idea of sexuality don't generally get anywhere near the same amount of vitriol.

Someone brought up Dragon's Crown earlier and that was a perfect example of a game that people shit all over entirely because of the artstyle (which is gorgeous).

Idk i havent seen anyone say that sexual content is bad and western games get called out for over sexualizing women all the time. GTA got railed for the hooker stuff, bioware gets called out for sex scenes, and Elder Scrolls gets blasted for bikini armor all the time.
