It's hypocritical for Republicans to fault Biden for the same basic way Bush spoke. Not sure if Bush had any speech impediment though. Clinton I felt hit the sweet spot between knowledge and ability to connect. That little "walking forward as he spoke to you" thing worked. Dubya was a moron. Obama came off as the law professor (aka "senior lecturer") that he was. Knowledgeable, detailed, thorough. It worked with people like me but I wonder how well he reached some others.
