No, but they're cool and don't tell me to do stupid crap. Honestly sometimes go days without talking to my boss (we're all remote). They're very hands off as far as letting us do our work will jump in helping out when needed. Never had a bad interaction with them at all...

Maybe. I do know they're more knowledgeable in our field, which makes sense because I've only been at it for like 2 years.
