Up there characterwise with the best of the Rocky films. Characters felt like a real people. Then it becomes 2 cartoonish. Felt like I watched 2 different movies. Fight was also disappointing. Heard it was supposed to be anime AF. Movie went from a 9 to a 6.5 in the second half. Michael B.
