I wouldn't be trying to find some drawn out means to get him out of power, I'd make it a priority to lock him up, and for as long as possible at that. I work for a car loan company, so the worst I get from it here is people trying to pay through the mail. One of my old jobs was a phone company for seniors though, and some were super rural.
