I don't have an active belief in God, and if I did I'd probably see God in a Deist, pantheistic, or panentheistic way, so I still wouldn't waste my time blaming.

Pretty much, except the majority of his believers sometimes forget to thank him.

On that same token, I have to think there must be a god when someone unbelievably old or already doing well wins a Powerball drawing (or Publishers clearing house). It has to be something about that particular person the rest of us don't know.

Maybe as a joke. Like the RNG gods when I can't get a drop from a game, or as a joke to a friend having a bad day, "what God did you piss off?"

But in seriousness, no. I can't seriously blame an entity I have yet to see proof exists.
