Old people that have antiquated beliefs that are so off from reality, they are probably better off spending their time rambling in front of their grandchildren instead of leading a group/department into making very critical decisions. If I can't trust my granddad to make coffee on his own, what makes you think I can trust the man to be a supreme court justice, president, member of congress, etc? You've already peaked old man. Time to stop gatekeeping everybody just so that you can live through your delusions. That's the whole problem with the world. Too much power given to people that are atrophying.
