Fun anecdote time, but the only time I've seen a guy with a facial tattoo at work was a employee of one of my vendors (who is a great guy and gave everybody a chance). The employee did a few jobs for us and was great but then he got replaced by the owner of the company. Apparently he got high and totaled a company service van, which was unfortunate since the company had only just expanded to two vans and it pretty much killed the company's attempt to get off the ground.
