Anyone. Friends, loved ones, strangers, animals, etc. You cannot do anything to increase, nor decrease it. You will also be able to see your own, but can avoid it as long as you stay away from your own reflection(Good luck).

Feels like an obvious plot hole in being able to see your own timeline, but not being able to change it. Unless of course the times are fluid relative to moment to moment decision making.

Deal.
One of my biggest regret is how I'm unprepared for my parents' deaths.

I would use this power to help others to prepare for their final moments or the people around them.

That has the potential to screw someone up severely. Like I'm imagining what if I saw my daughter was going to die soon and that I could do nothing to prevent it. That would tear me up.

That would work until it looks suspicious that you're doing so much kindness to people who keep dying right before they die.

Either they'll think you're mudding them, or people will think you're some kind of bad omen.

So be it.
This power would let me know my death too, so whatever they do doesn't matter because it's predetermined.

No fucking thanks. Imagine knowing that your loved ones are going to die in some horrible accident and there's nothing you can do to prevent it. Sounds like hell

This 100%. If you keep showing up right before people die, people will start blaming you for it one way or another.

You can't prepare shit, that's the problem.

Imagine getting a child, supposed to be the happiest day in your life, and the first time you see it, you see some timer ticking down from 11 years or some shit like that.

Clearly this is a difference in viewpoint.
I had not just once where deaths of loved ones comes unexpected.
There were times when i am haunted on my last actions and words on them. How that i wasn't there at their last moments. And those memories are cannot be erased.

Try thinking about this in 20 years and see if you keep the same opinions.

Given that TC compared it to Death Note, I assume it would be like the Shinigami eyes where you see their lifespan magically floating over everyone's heads.

Then you wouldn't have seen that the ant is going to die tomorrow. Whatever you see, it happens regardless if you try to prevent it or not. If you try to prevent it, then your actions would probably be the reason it happens.

A common way to resolve that is the trope that in your attempts to prevent your death, you invariably create the conditions necessary for you to be in the position to make it happen.

Yep like those twisted scenarios where it still happens, just not in the way you expected. Like you see someone with "dies 10 seconds from now" crossing the street as a car speeds towards them. You push them out of the way to save them, but they fall and hit their head and die from that instead of the car.

I'm not sure I could handle knowing that info. For random people I don't know, I'm sure I could learn to ignore it.

But for family... Yeah, idk. If it proves they're going to have a long life, then sure. But if I saw that my mom was going to die relatively soon I wouldn't be able to function. Especially if I couldn't change it.

Way too stressful for me I think.
