All of the given examples sound awkward. Here, by using "my team" you can drop the "managed" part as it's implied that you managed your team.

Make it a separate sentence. That's better than ending up with such an awkward sentence. That way you can use "We" or "My team and I."

I would agree they sound awkward. That said, I don't know if that inherently implies that I managed the team. It could just be the team I was on (i.e. a project management team).
