Friend of mine had a job where he was selling steak knives door to door. But they didn't pay you hourly, the only paid for each sale you got.

I asked him how he would make money his second month, because once you sell your first batch of knives, you don't have any more people to sell knives to. They're not candy bars, they're not going to need more knives next month. He ended up quitting lol.

Yeah, MLMs should be illegal in the US like they are in some other countries. That junk is predatory.

My baby mama fell for the Cutco grift back when we were 18. I kept telling her it was a scam, but she didnt listen.

Ended up making nothing and having to pay for a "sample kit".

So what did she do after that? Followed the advice of a friend and instantly fell into another MLM selling "fine art" door to door >_>

If you can prove they are pyramid schemes. MLMs tend to skirt around it and are legal.
