Yep, this is pretty much reasons why gamers are not rush to buy PS5 right now. I think Sony will shift focus on PS5 within couple or maybe 3 years from now on that's when gamers will have no choice to buy PS5 consoles after they stop making games for PS4.

The likely PS5 Pro is also largely kneecapped by the Xbox Series S. Cyberpunks launch was a debacle because Microsoft and Sony wouldnt allow PS4 Pro and Xbox whatever equivalent only launches, and the game ran like dogshit on the base models. Likewise, when games must run on the Xbox Series S, any Pro versions of either console May as well be a fart in a windstorm.

The only reason to buy a console is exclusives since PCs are cheaper and better
