"It turns into string" became the ability to absorb infinite damage through mobius strips, "it punches hard" turned into time stop, "you can shoot your nails off" turned into hitting you in all realities at the same time, "it turns objects into organic matter" turned into the ability to reset anything to zero.

Mobius Strip was specifically against being turned inside out, Act 4 hit the stand which is why that happened, GER was an upgrade from the stand arrow

If November Rain gets an upgrade it will probably be due to a macguffin as is usual. The only guys who discovered a power they just didn't know they had were Jotaro and Jousuke

Reset anything and remove the effect from the cause and effect relationship.

Yep, it will most likely have to do with some kind of "spin" that they introduced in Part 7.

Making body parts was just a clever application of his ability. Not an upgrade. Also giorno is written inconsistently anyway
