I am dum at math but I must've need to calculate some other way cause some calculation sites and my employers salary table thingy are the same but the number I ended up with are not the same as theirs

$30.34 times 40 hours=1 week=$1213.6

$1213.6 times 4 weeks=$4,854.4

$4,854.4 times 12 months= $58,252.8

So it seems like I'm off by 4,875.2

What did I do wrong?

Because occasionally you'll get paid 5 times a month.

Because you did the math wrong. Its the hourly rate times 80 hours times 26 pay periods in a year.

If I want to know how much I'd make with over time just figure out the amount I'd make from overtime in one week, add it to my regular pay for one week, use that number times it by 52?

Not necessary.
I'm sure you have paid vacation, but you don't get paid overtime on the days you use them.

Yeah, this comes into play sometimes when qualifying for apt rent income limits.

Technically monthly income is your gross for a week x 52 / 12. Which you will actually never literally get paid in any monthly period. But mathematically thats just how it works.
