Regardless of it being an old story, it's just another example of the thousands of pits and other big dogs being potential dangers to other pets and humans. I wonder what the result of all this was.

For the record, apparently the dog was not euthanized and was returned to it's owners. It has almost certainly died of old age by now.

wonder if it killed more since then and Im not even blaming it on its breed, its possible some dogs are just serial killers like some humans are.

I tried to post the pic with the owner, this looks like a different dog from the one in that pic, his nose/mouth area is more red in the other one like he just had a feast beforehand

That is not a Pit Bull, more like bull breed mutt.

Any dog that draws blood from a human should be euthanized.
