I played the first two games and want to play this one but from what I've seen on YouTube this game will be cringe as fuck. A "Genital" slider on character creation? Fucking druids in their bear form? How am I going to play this on the family gaming computer.

Your mistake was using streamers to get your opinion on a game. They make money off views and get views from outrage/controversy

The streamers love it though. I just think it's weird. With something like Skyrim, if you wanted to live out furry fantasies or have a 18 inch Half-Orc dong you had to resort to mods.

I guess the thinking is that in D&D you can RP however you want so you should have every option even if it's in bad taste.

Not really. It's set a hundred plus years after and only has references/party members returning.

Am interested to see if they do anything Bhaal related, given he's back now in lore after the protagonist from the first 2 died/was killed.

Nope. There'll be references and easter eggs for those that played them but I doubt they'll be necessary and likely not even important.

I hope not because they're both old and long >_>

They had a big show of showing it and his new VA. Not sure why not a return of Jim Cummings, or if he's even still able to do the voice though.

Also Jaheria is supposedly returning. Don't know if others will, as a few that could still be alive as were longer lived races.

There's apparently an option to censor the genitals and disable non-stream-friendly (read: NSFW) content in-game. Cyberpunk 2077 did something similar.
