Although, some songs do it right. It's only an issue when it's done poorly or is too jarring compared to the style of the song.

God, I heard the version of California Girls by Katy Perry that cuts out Snoop Dogg for some backwater American states and shit. Apparently that was just a trend during the late-00's/mid-10's whenever a big song had a rap verse.

Like imagine being such a dumbass hick piece of shit that you fuck with the biggest song of the summer because "uh buh guh snoopie doopie is an bad rap man, save morality!!". Imagine living in a shithole like that.

Think it depends on the station. I listen to a lite music type station sometimes and 2 songs that come to mind is the fast and furious song See You Again and Outkast song The Way You Move.

In the See You Again song they only have Charlie Puths doing some verses thats not in the original and chorus.

In the Outkast song, they never even have Bigboi on it which is funny. Pretty much a loop of the chorus and then the bridge.
