Doe 07/13/23 10:43:23 AM #1:	He said he was here for his 10:30 appointment and they told him it was at 10 and he missed it. He said don't bother rescheduling because this was the third time and he believes they're either incompetent or conspiring against him. It made me sad. To not have arms and not feel able to trust the doctor's office either. I mean I doubt it was on the office every miss, but I'm still sad.
