Asylum wins for having the tighter, more focused story and that creepy atmosphere. Not that City isnt also a god-tier game though. Origins is also fantastic. Shame about Knight though. --- You should never let Earl drive. . . ... Copied to Clipboard!

I just beat the Return to Arkham series so they're both very fresh in my mind. Going by story and atmosphere, Asylum. I honestly skipped through a lot of City cutscenes but never felt the need to do that in Asylum, even though I have played through it many times. Going by combat and challenges, City. The thing I love most about these games is the combat challenges. It's one of the few video game leaderboards that I'm up there on, at least in Arkham City.
