Abusive or hostile middle-management Micromanaging of their time, refusal to permit comfort at any level Low wages Highly stressful work due to deliberate and intentional understaffing these are fixable problems and you see it all over the place in 'entry-level jobs'. my advice is this: if your employer remotely resembles what i mentioned above, quit without a second thought and go somewhere else. you can get paid a shit wage anywhere, find a place that won't abuse you while serving it to you and expect you to take it with a smile. oh and ronald? go McFuck yourself. --- There's a time and place for everything... but not now. <cite>LinkDaLunatic posted [p:974798588] in Picture of...
