The cool thing about low latency mod is that you can just set it to auto, and it will match the connection of the other person. Otherwise yeah, the person using it would have a frame advantage. Cloud is the better sword character, that's for sure. Cloud's only real weakness is being easily gimped like you said, but it's so scary to go out there against him sometimes because climhazzard lets Cloud trade stocks. --- (... We don't play with molded switches here and I use a normal pro controller while some use a normal GameCube control.
