Donomark 07/03/23 2:03:23 PM #4:	I think concerns over the legitimacy of court packing are a bit overwrought. I mean, we all know the game. There is no such thing as the meaning of the Constitution. Legally speaking, the Constitution "means" whatever a majority of the jackasses on that Court say it does at any given time. That's it. Even if he wanted to, which I've seen no indication that court packing is on his radar other than weak support for a panel to study modifying the judiciary in some nebulous way, enlightened centrists and the media would almost assuredly rail against such a move to a ridiculous degree that I don't think there'd be enough support among mod Dems to push for it (especially as the GOP would never back it now). --- Irregardless, for all intensive purposes, I could care less. <cite>K181 posted [p:974599646] in Should Dar...
