I wish Steam Deck docking wasn't so laggy I saved up for a few months last year to get a Deck and tried playing it docked and the controller lag was almost unplayable for anything reflex based, like platformers I had some controller lag issues at first too. Turned out my issue was I had my tv setting set to dolby vision. Dolby isnt compatible for gaming I guess. Only ever touched 1 back on PS2 at a friend's house. Also, tbf, even though I didn't get the right game, per se, I do think Sega kinda sent Frontiers to die since it was released the same day as GoW and a week before Pokemon IIRC >_> I can see that argument, but I feel Sanic at least has enough brand name recognition that people would check it later like "oh, a Sonic game came out a while ago". The Zeptograms behind NEO, on the other hand, decided to release the game with little to no promotion whatsoever to the point of Balan Wonderworld having more promotion behind it (with the little promotion NEO got literally having endgame cutscenes in the trailers), they didn't even advertise that there was a switch version in Japan, they made an Epic Games Store exclusive agreement for a year, and then they shadowdropped the steam version within a couple of days of fucking Persona 5 Royal's multiplatform release. One other game in particular that I'm looking forward to is Lost Judgment because 60 fps, but I still have a ton of RGG games to get through before then. Gonna try to finish Yakuza 5 soon and then take a breather before starting 6 on PS5 eventually. Oh, and might buy DMC 5 again depending on how well my laptop runs some of the later missions, the specs are serviceable for most of my wishlist but it's definitely gonna have to be replaced sooner or later. But I haven't even had it for a year yet and there's plenty of fun I can wring out of even something as modest as a 1650, so I won't stress about that too much. Which reminds me, I'll also be getting the Atelier Ryza games on PS5 I decided, since I won't be able to rely on my laptop for a stable 60 fps in Ryza 3 at the very least. Might try Jedi Fallen Order while I'm still gamesharing with my brother to see if a Star Wars coat of paint can trick me into liking Soulslikes, I guess. Er, that is, are they considered Soulslikes? I don't really know lol.
