Also why don't we have more co-ed examinations like in Starship Troopers 3 when Rico, and a bunch of men and women stripped off all their clothes in a co-ed locker room? Then they all went into that room where a bunch of doctors were there, and got examined and scanned by them.

the movie is a parody of extreme military love
the humans are the bad guys. they are the evil invaders going after a race of aliens that are only fighting back. so you constantly see propoganda commercials in the movie as a way to show the general public justifying their actions

the novel its based on is not a parody but a legit love letter to extreme militarization

The idea of co-ed anything is typically more alluring than actually doing anything co-ed.

I used to do theater in college and due to facility limitations our dressing rooms and showers were co-ed. So you had people in all states of undress up to and including fully nude as we did quick changes for scenes and such. In the moment, no one really cares, except for the newbies who you can tell are uncomfortable, but even that goes away pretty quickly. Practical nudity in those situations quickly turns into just business and no one seems to care or pay any attention to it.
