Kinda sorta but also no. Enjoyable things increase serotonin and dopamine uptake, and your brain eventually assumed that to be the baseline, so when it doesn't get what it feels is the baseline, it makes you a grumblebum

Literally some dude in another topic. He spoke like he read it someplace respectable, but yeah I didnt bother linking because its just the word of some guy. (I can dig up his post if you really wanna read it)

If that's true, then watching movies, sex and flirting, eating delicious foods, playing with your children or pets, accomplishing tasks on your to-do list, and all the other common means of getting dopamine would lead to this as well.

Sounds like another bullshit anti-video game panic.
