Good idea: Not listening to your brain when it makes you think you need to do yard work in 103 degree weather.

Why do that to yourself when its that hot out? Any yard work can wait until its cooler. No reason to put your health or life at risk over it.

I started out with a goal of just putting my compost and recycling bins outside since tomorrow is the day they come by to empty those. For some reason, I decided to take my weed puller with me to pull up some weeds as I made my way from the back of my house to the front.

I saw a weed. I pulled it. I saw another weed. I pulled it. I saw another weed. I pulled it.

Next thing I know, like 30 minutes have gone by and I'm still pulling weeds.
